Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Sanaré Collective adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us at 1-610-616-2699 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any cancellations made with less than 24-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

How to Cancel/Reschedule:

You may cancel or reschedule via phone, text, email, or our online booking portal. Other methods are not accepted.

No-Show:

Missed appointments without prior notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrival:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or a new appointment, and may be treated as a no-show with the applicable fee. Please understand that we make every effort to stay on schedule out of respect for our clients and providers, ensuring each guest receives their full experience and is seen on time.

Repeat No-Shows:

After three missed or late-cancelled appointments, future bookings may require prepayment or deposit.

Emergencies:

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies—we may waive fees at our discretion.

Booking Terms:

A credit card is required at booking. By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Other Policies

Children

Sanaré Collective gladly welcomes our younger clients between the ages of 12 and 18 to enjoy age-appropriate services, however they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their service and at all times. Because we do not have facilities to care for children, and we cannot assure their safety, we do not permit any children under the age of 12, under any circumstances. Please understand that we wish to keep our environment both safe, and serene for other guests as well.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Sanaré Collective Gift Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Please understand that no cash will be accepted as a form of payment for services. Gratuity may be paid at the client’s discretion using cash or Venmo.

Respectful Sanaré Sanctuary

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at Sanaré Collective. We kindly ask that all phone calls, videos, and music be kept private through the use of headphones.

Speakerphone use and audible media are NEVER permitted.

Precautions

If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you and be sure to inform your technician before your service begins.

For the safety and well-being of our clients, Sanaré Collective reserves the right to postpone or decline treatment if, in our professional judgment, it is determined that proceeding may not be safe or medically appropriate.
